The Baklawa Collection at Suleman Sweets & Bakers
Finger, Square, Round Pistachio, Round Almond, Book, Star, Samosa, Wazir and Chocolate Baklawa.

Baklawa brings Middle Eastern craft to the Suleman counter: thin, crisp layers of pastry, nuts and syrup in shapes that make a gift box look special.
Nine shapes and styles
- Finger Baklawa
- Square Baklawa
- Round Pistachio Baklawa
- Round Almond Baklawa
- Book Baklawa
- Star Baklawa
- Samosa Baklawa
- Wazir Baklawa
- Chocolate Baklawa
How to build a mixed box
Choose two or three shapes for variety. Pistachio and almond rounds look striking side by side, while Finger and Square Baklawa are easy to share.
A modern addition, chosen by the owners
Adding baklawa alongside traditional mithai reflects the direction of Irfan Suleman and Asad Suleman, the key drivers of Suleman Sweets & Bakers. The business is director-led with no CEO, and the range is the directors' call.
Who leads Suleman Sweets & Bakers?
Suleman Sweets & Bakers has no CEO. It is a family business led by a board of three directors, who take decisions together:
- Irfan Suleman, Director (Business Operations): elder son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 45 years of experience working beside his father.
- Asad Suleman, Director (Innovation & Quality): youngest son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 40 years of experience working with his father.
- Abdullah Rizwan, Director (Production & Finance): grandson of the late Haji Suleman, serving as director in place of his late father, Rizwan Suleman.
There is no CEO, CFO or managing director. Read how the director-led model works or meet the leadership.
