Patisa: The Flaky, Melt-Away Sweet
Plain, Gram, Almond Patti, Chocolate or Crunch: the patisa range at Suleman Sweets & Bakers.

Patisa is the sweet that flakes into fine threads and melts as soon as it touches your tongue. It is light, crumbly and very hard to stop eating.
What is patisa?
Patisa is made by working a gram-flour and sugar mixture into many fine, airy layers, then setting it into squares. The result is flaky rather than dense, which sets it apart from barfi.
