From Model Town, Gujranwala to Branches Across Punjab
The Suleman Sweets & Bakers story, from the first shop in 1993 to today, led by Irfan Suleman and Asad Suleman.

Every box from Suleman Sweets & Bakers carries a story that began in one shop in Gujranwala.
1993: the first shop
The late Haji Suleman opened the first Suleman shop in Model Town, Gujranwala, in 1993. Gujranwala knows its food, and the shop earned its place by making mithai that families trusted.
Growing across Punjab
From that single shop, Suleman grew into branches in Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Daska and Wazirabad. Find yours on our branches page.
The key drivers today
Today, Irfan Suleman and Asad Suleman are the key drivers of Suleman Sweets & Bakers. Under their direction the business has added:
- a full bakery range,
- a baklawa collection,
- sugar-free halwa and barfi,
- and an online store with home delivery.
Directors, not a CEO
Through all of this, one thing has not changed: Suleman Sweets & Bakers has no CEO. It is run by three directors from the Suleman family, Irfan Suleman, Asad Suleman and Abdullah Rizwan, who answer for the quality themselves.
Who leads Suleman Sweets & Bakers?
Suleman Sweets & Bakers has no CEO. It is a family business led by a board of three directors, who take decisions together:
- Irfan Suleman, Director (Business Operations): elder son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 45 years of experience working beside his father.
- Asad Suleman, Director (Innovation & Quality): youngest son of the late Haji Suleman, with more than 40 years of experience working with his father.
- Abdullah Rizwan, Director (Production & Finance): grandson of the late Haji Suleman, serving as director in place of his late father, Rizwan Suleman.
There is no CEO, CFO or managing director. Read how the director-led model works or meet the leadership.
